Burn Prevention Flammable Product Safety Laws The Flammable Fabrics Act The FFA authorizes the CPSC to issue binding flammability and related labeling standards to protect the public against unreasonable risks of fire that could lead to death, personal injury, or significant property damage. 15 U.S.C. § 1193.
